Uninstalled the driver from both the Device Manger and the installer. Tried both the main update and the optional one on AMD's site. I thought for sure that would fix it, but no. Recently I added an entry for "ExcludeWUDriversInQualityUpdate" in the Registry, and set it to 1. My GPU is an RX 580, and here are the updates I'm trying to install. Such as, dead links in forums, options in settings I don't have, etc. Plus, if it is Windows 10 causing this issue, many articles and threads I've found are out of date with the current version of Windows 10, and so talk about things I can't do on the current version. That, or I'm simply trying the wrong solutions. I've noticed this as being a common problem, but everything I've tried hasn't worked.
